Dappled or Treed Classic Bi-Fold Leather Wallet

60.00

These photos don't do these wallets justice!  The leather treatment in dappled or treed is handsome and unique.  These are made with four pockets to hold your credit cards, and there is a separate pocket the length of the wallet for your cash.  The credit card pockets easily hold several cards at once.

The wallets are available in three colors:  Dark brown, light brown, and dark red.  These are also available with either a dappled or treed leather treatment.  You also get to choose if you'd like your wallet riveted or sewn.

Dappled was considered marbled in the 19th Century.  It's often called speckled now days.

Treed is a marbling process that creates the effect of branches and roots.

These kinds of leather finishes are often found on leather book bindings from the 18th and 19th Centuries.
